Clear-Coat Painting is owned and operated by Gary Sharpe. Previously working for one of Perth's top painting companies, has decided to take the next step in his career. With over fifteen years of experience working in the building and painting industry, his extensive knowledge inspires confidence in his clients, new and existing. Holding both a Practitioner and Contractor license, all work undertaken is personally overseen by him and finished to the highest standard. All our painting and decorating work is carried out by AS/NZS 2311:2009 and the paint manufacturers’ specifications.

Working as a small team of professionals, we believe less is more in the approach to starting and finishing your desired paint job. Letting us focus on tidiness and attention to detail, every step of the way. We understand that maintaining cleanliness throughout the job is very important to our clients. We always use top of the range Mirka HEPA dust extraction systems and sanders to keep dust to a minimum. With this said, we still cover all surrounding areas with plastics, tape and drop cloths to ensure everything is safe to work around.

Preparation is key to long-lasting, stunning finished paintwork. All surfaces will be prepared to a high standard before any product is applied. We always use the best primers, sealers or undercoats before we apply quality finish coats. By doing this, we can ensure that the final coats will endure the test of time and Western Australia's ever-changing weather conditions.
Insured and Guaranteed
We work alongside the Department Of Building WA, following strict work practices and regulations. We hold full public liability Insurance, giving the client the peace of mind for work to commence inside and outside their homes.
Environmentally Conscious
At Clear Coat, we try to use as many Non-Oil based products as possible. Most of the coatings we use are completely VOC FREE ( Volatile Organic Compound) or very low. Finish coats will not yellow over time compared to their oil based counterparts. Using water-based products makes work safer for the painter and the homeowner once the work has been completed.
